At every fayre, you'll find only trusted, vetted local wedding vendors. All will have been checked that they are reputable, are legally set up, have Public Liability Insurance, and reviews from past couples. They need to work well with fellow suppliers, with great communication.

This fantastic wedding fayre is set up over 2 beautiful wedding venues located on the Vale Resort estate. We strongly advise you visit both on the day. This will ensure you see everything we have for you, and also give you the opportunity to get 2 free entries into our prize draw!
The venues are located less that 1 mile apart and can be accessed by parking at both, or parking and walking 15 minutes across the beautiful grounds. There will also be unscheduled shuttle busses available free of charge.

WHAT ARE THEY?
We give each couple the opportunity to win up to £1000 at each of our fayres. The winner gets an e-voucher either to the value of £500 or £1000 that can be spent on any exhibitor you've met at the fayre you attended.
HOW YOU CAN ENTER?
Just turn up at any or all of our wedding fayres, and you will complete a short free entry form upon arrival. There is no purchase necessary for you to win £500. All entries are collated and a random visitor is asked at the end of the fayre to make the draw just before the fayre closes. (NB at the Vale & Hensol is it done on LIVE facebook at 6pm the same day) In addition to the entry form you completed on arrival, any supplier you book at the fayre will give you additional free entries too!
WHAT DO YOU WIN?
The winner drawn is guaranteed to get £500. However, when we contact you, if we establish that you have booked any supplier at the fayre (not when you get home, actually at the fayre) we will double those winnings to £1000!
HOW CAN IT BE SPENT?
The voucher is not tied into any supplier. You can choose who you want to spend it with, and how you want to spend it - as long as it is with an exhibitor you met at the fayre you attended. You can use it to pay a deposit, pay in full, split it between several suppliers, or put it toward a larger purchase. You tell us who you want to spend it with, and we will pay your winnings directly to the chosen supplier(s)
WHAT ARE THE TERMS
You must be planning a wedding. It doesn't matter if you've not yet set a date, you can still enter and win. If you've already left the fayre, we will contact you if you've won on the same day! You have 12 months from the date of the fayre to tell us who you want to spend it on. You have a further 24 months for your wedding to take place.
There is no cash alternative, and the chosen supplier(s) normal terms apply once booked. Should you cancel your wedding, any refunds due from payments we have made to the supplier comes back to us. Strictly for weddings only.
