Planning our Autumn 2025 Wedding Fayres

What a FANTASTIC Winter/Spring wedding fayre season we have had!

We started off in January at The BIG Double fayre co-hosted by The Vale Resort and Hensol Castle. This was our biggest ever fayre and had 93 suppliers exhibit on the day. Each and every one of them went all out to showcase what they can do for your weddings, and they truly made an impression on over 500 couples that visited us.

Then we went onto Llechwen Hall in February, and this resulted in a record breaking attendance from visitors.

March saw our spring return to Bryn Meadows, and another well attended fayre with over 40 exhibitors in attendance

On a lovely warm day in April, we returned to Canada Lodge, and despite this being the start of half tern holidays, had a great turn out on the day.

Finally last week saw our annual return to Hensol Castle Evening Fayre, and what a glorious evening it was. This time of year can give rise to "wedding fayre fatigue" for both suppliers that have already started a busy wedding season, and couples that have traipsed around South Wales searching for their ideal suppliers. But no, not here, you came out in force and helped create a mutually beneficial evening all round.

Each of our suppliers are chosen to exhibit with us not just because they are known and trusted, but because they are courteous and work well along side each other. The same applies to the venues that have chosen us to represent them. They support us, they trust us to do them proud, and they are a real joy to partner. And this is the difference between us and other wedding fayres.

We dont just "hire a room" and do what we want, we dont just take anyone on to exhibit. We vet, we check, we welcome and we look after. As suppliers ourselves, we know what "good looks like" and we strive for this at every fayre. For you our visitors, for our suppliers and for our venues.

At each fayre, we give a little something back. Our prize draw takes place at the end of each fayre. Each couple are put into a draw upon entering our fayres. One is guaranteed to win £500 to spend on ANY of the exhibitors they meet at that fayre.

Unlike others that have "taken inspiration" from our draws, if you've not yet set your date or got a venue, it doesn't matter. You have a whole 12 months to book your wedding.

We dont withdraw the prize if you've no venue, you dont need to still be at the fayre at the end (we call the winner) and you dont need to choose on the day! In addition, this is not a "money off voucher" where you have to book certain suppliers to get money off, it is totally down to you who you choose to book. You can spend all on one supplier, split between several or put it toward a bigger purchase. There really is no catch, just a genuine gift from us here at My Wonderful Welsh Wedding Fayres!

Its all about the planning, but with a bit of fun!

AND if you happened to have booked ANY supplier on the day, they will give you free extra entry forms. Then if drawn as the winner, we DOUBLE YOUR PRIZE TO £1000!! Again youre not tied in. If you have paid a deposit to any supplier, your winnings are not spent with them, but with any others of YOUR choice.
