Terms and conditions of the draw
The draw will be held over the 3 showcases brought to you by Town & Country Collective and The Wedding Guild of Wales.
You'll receive an entry to the draw when you complete an entry form on the door at each of these events.
Attend all 3 showcases and get 3 entries into the draw.
The draw will take place at our final event at The New House Country Hotel on 22 April 2018.
The draw is free of charge but a fully completed registration form is needed to enter.
All registrations must by completed by people over the age of 16
The draw is drawn at random at 2:45pm on 22/04/18 and the prize winner must have completed the registration form.
The prizes are not transferable, so it is advised that only the Bride or Groom enter the draw
The prize is only redeemable against members of The Wedding Guild of Wales exhibiting on the day and is not offered against any service provided by the venues.
The wedding must take place no later than December 31st 2021.
No cash alternative is available.
Terms of booking the services or suppliers chosen will be down to the individual supplier and no responsibility of The Wedding Guild of Wales.
The prize can be used in whole against a service (eg £500 worth of venue décor) or in part (eg £500 toward your venue décor where the winner pays the remaining balance)
Should you use any amount of the prize as a deposit toward a service and the wedding is cancelled, the balance may still be payable by the winner according to terms of booking by the supplier chosen
The draw is not open to any member of the Wedding Guild of Wales and their immediate family - i.e. Sons, Daughters, Parents of. Should the prize winner be found to be in breach of any of the terms set above, the prize will be withdrawn and another ticket will be drawn.
